OOo4Kids (OpenOffice.org for Kids) is a program based on OpenOffice office automation (program similar to Microsoft Office but free), but with the peculiarity of being geared to children (ages 7 to 12 years old). Is simplified and with an interface (buttons, toolbars, etc..) Appropriate to make it easier to learn and attractive to children.
This project was made possible by EducOOo, and keeps the profit from the original package, containing a word processor similar to Word (OOo4Kids Writer), a tool for working with spreadsheets like Excel (OOo4Kids Calc), a presentation tool Powerpoint type (OOo4Kids Impress), and another to draw and edit pictures and images (OOo4Kids Draw).
OOo4Kids 0.5.1 is the latest in computer software and specialized essential for children, which can be downloaded free.
It is available for several pltaformas (Windows, Linux and Mac OS X) and multiple languages (including Spanish).
