Transparent Context Menu is a free application that lets you create transparent menus in Windows. The program converts all contextual menus (which appear with the right click) in transparent to give a special touch to your windows.
The tool runs on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Server 2008 and the new Windows 7 and is ideal for those with Windows Aero disabled or are using Windows XP. Remember that you can still change your appearance by applying any of our windows xp themes, topics or view items 7.
