For Office 2007 users, converting documents into PDF format sometimes must use external programs, such as PDF Creator. But in fact Microsoft itself had made a special add-in for Office 2007: Microsoft Save as PDF.
With this add-in we can directly convert Office 2007 documents into PDF with good quality.
I usually convert to PDF using PDF Creator program such as, but yesterday when I convert a document that contains text (letters) Arabs, in fact no satisfactory result, not to mention the layout of the pages are not standards to make the results do not exactly match the original.

How to Use
1. Download the Microsoft Save as PDF (915 KB) or the Microsoft Save as PDF or XPS (934 KB)
2. Install SaveAsPDF.exe or SaveAsPDFandXPS.exe (select one)
3. When finished, then we can convert documents to PDF or XPS with Office 2007 main menu. How: not a document to the conversion to Office 2007 and then Select the menu “Save as> PDF or XPS (or PDF only)

If you want to uninstall this add-in, can be done through the Control Panel> Add / Remove Programs and select Microsoft Save as PDF [or XPS] Add-in for 2007 Microsoft Office programs to the remove.
