The photo gallery in its new version has been included several improvements to organize, edit and share photos. One is the option to tag people, similar to iPhoto on Mac and Facebook. With this new option is more attractive to use this program to manage your photos and share them later.
To label people first open Photo Gallery Windows Live (Beta). If not, you can download from here.
Open an image you’ve already added (if you know how to import pictures to the gallery I recommend you see this entry Importing Pictures with Windows Photo Gallery Live). Since the image is open in the right sidebar goes labeling options.
The program is able to detect certain faces, whether it is in any recommendations you want to tag only give click and type the name of the person.
If you show a face that does not want to have labeled it, click the arrow to the right and choose “Do not show suggestion.”
If there is any person who has not recognized the program, you can add it by clicking on “Labeling a person” and dragging a square with the cursor on the person you want to add. Then just write your name and ready.
Windows Live Gallery, with this new version sige in Beta, is a great option for organizing your photos and tag people is one of the best ways to do so.
